From nowhere to everywhere- The compelling story of Seemant Pardhi..!!!

A year ago, when this lad from Balaghat took up the mettle to pour his hands in the ever-competitive banking sector, there was no surety as to where this path would take him. Wearing a simplified look on his face, carrying metallic resolve within his veins, he has achieved humongous success in past one year or so.

Seemant Pardhi- from nowhere to everyhwere

Seemant Pardhi, son of a farmer, is still humble about what he has achieved so far, feels great to make his family proud of him and takes a sigh of relief after conquering the failures and challenges he has faced in his journey so far. We sit on a casual chat over a cup of tea before he leaves for Lucknow to join SIDBI and talked about his en route to success.

Here are the excerpts:

IDBI PO> PNB Clerk> SIDBI Grade A Officer> SBI PO>UIIC AO. How does it feel after getting so much success and offers?

First of all, I am not seeing this as my success because there are many more dreams which are yet to be fulfilled and this is just a destination in the journey. More precisely, I can say that “Delhi abhi dur h mere dost”.

But yes, it always makes one happy when he/she is rewarded for the efforts and hard work that one puts in to achieve something. When you see your name in the final list, there is no other better feeling which can match the relief and happiness that one gets.  It makes me humble and reminds me of the struggles and challenges I have faced in last few years.

Talking about the challenges, what were those and how did you overcome them? How was the overall journey?

As I have said earlier, the journey doesn’t end here. But, the journey till now has been very good though it began with some failures. Today, the positive results have overshadowed all those failures. Everyone face certain challenges, the difference is the degree of the challenge. The biggest challenge for me was to come up from a village background and adjust to the competitive environment. It takes some extra mile to compete with someone who is already ready for this type of exams. Frankly speaking, English has always been a tough challenge for me and it still is, but I never ran away from it. I chose to face it and conquered it after few setbacks.

What do you think worked in your favor as you continuously achieved success?

Over the years, banking sector is becoming extremely competitive which leaves no room for complacency. You will have to constantly elevate your standards to match with the competition and it takes a lot of dedication to make it happen. So, for me, it was my determination and positive approach towards study, the belief and support of my friends and teachers and more importantly, the divine blessings of my parents which kept me going.

What was your strategy during preparation?

When I started my preparation my focus was purely on basics like calculation, speed, accuracy etc. which gives you an upper hand in the battlefield. Then I focused on mastering some short tricks which is a useful weapon when it comes to this sort of packed exams where in time management is crucial. Another thing was to determine the strengths that I had and focus mainly on them to utilize them to my advantage.

How crucial is creating positive thoughts and environment around you when a lot of competition exists?

I think it is very important because sometimes fear of failure sows negativity into your mind which needs to be removed as early as possible. There exists certain degree of negativity when you see someone preparing from so many years but then if you have self-confidence and positive mindset, the target can be achieved.

The adventurer in him who is very close to his friends.

When you finally had the thought of targeting banking sector?

During my school days, whenever I used to visit a bank, I had this thought of becoming a banker but there was no “kick” to give me a push. When I appeared for DAVV-CET and secured a good rank, that is when the seeds of belief got implanted and I started focusing more on banking sector from 3rd semester of my MBA days.

How did you overcome the results jinx?

Obviously, it makes me nervous but at the same time it makes me excited too. Very often, I don’t check my results because somebody else always chipped in to give me the good news for me. So, you can say that I have never faced the adrenaline rush that actually happens when you check the results.

Throw some light on interview preparation?

Initially, I brushed up my academic knowledge and then focused on some basics of banking and finance followed by quintessential HR questions. The most important thing was that I was thoroughly aware about the happenings around me which played an important role during the interviews.

What Seemant Pardhi would like to tell to fellow aspirants?

Everybody tells to focus on weakness and overcome that. Yes, I do agree with that but much more important than that is to determine your strengths. This type of exams doesn’t ask you to solve all 200 questions, one may get into it by solving 100 questions too but those 100 questions should be from your areas of perfection.

Another suggestion is don’t focus on cutoffs and all the talks around for the same. Just focus on giving your best and follow this 3P Mantra- Practice, perfection and positivity.

It's better to chase your dreams....!!!!!!!

The winds were blowing fast, whole campus was mum but the vibrancy that prevailed in Conference Room suggested something else there. Elated in joyousness and relieved by securing a place in Ujjivan Finance, Sushil Vijayvargiya had the last laugh in the day of cut-throat competition.

Carrying on a lot of experience over the years’ helped him manage situations, his smart moves made the way for him and his unruffled attitude towards a testing situation is admirable. Having missed a chance in CSC and S&P Capital IQ, he focused to live in the present and cracked the best place to work in the industry. His pragmatic approach and carefree nature is an asset. Fond of poetry, he is planning to publish his works of poetry in the years to come.

I talked him up about his journey so far and how everything went on that day. Here are the excerpts:

So, it started out with Bangalore and would restart again at Bangalore. How was the journey in between?

Yeah the journey began with Bangalore when I worked with an MNC after completing my Engineering. The job was not so typical but I was not satisfied with it because I felt that I have some internal fire which I need to feed at first place. In that 10 months period, something was pinching me internally which prompted me to leave the job and prepare for Civil Services examination.

I talked to my family and established a target of two attempts for the exam and if things won’t work out, I thought of doing an MBA. I focused and channelized every possible resource into Civil Services. I did fairly well in both attempts but unfortunately could not make it to the position I was aspiring for. In between, I worked as a faculty at an Indore-based Engineering college which I left before joining IMS.

The journey doesn’t end here but it will restart from Bangalore again and this time I hope to have a good experience with the organization I would be working for.

“It is good to chase your dream than living the whole life thinking about chasing it……….”

Share your GD experience and what are the key points to ensure success in a Group Discussion?

When we entered into GD room, we were assigned a badge number which was our identity. The topic given to us was “Whether MBA is necessary to be a Manager”. I took the initiative and started the discussion. They were basically checking the clarity in points, communication skills and how you adjust yourself and put your points in a group. Once I took the initiative, my subconscious mind was pushing me again and again to put more points and I did so with a cautious approach. Out of 7 students, 3 students were selected from our group.

Key points to ensure success in a Group Discussion are:

Take initiatives. It shows your leadership skills. But you must have an understanding of the topic and points related to the same. If you are short of points, wait for others to speak and steal points from their views.

Best method to prepare for a group discussion is to remain updated with current affairs and talk to good people around you. If there are people around you with whom you talk very often, then have a talk with them firstly. It will groom your skills and personality.

Listen to others’ viewpoints very carefully as listening is an essential ingredient of a group discussion. With that, flawless communication skills ensure your success.

“Remember, Group discussion is a balanced mix of Communication, content and cohesiveness.”

Throw some light on interview and how you overcome stressful situations?

Interview started very easily with formal introduction but once it progressed, they tried to take us on a stress ride by countering our view points or giving a case study. Similarly, they gave me a case about how they can diversify their business in Indore. I had read everything in detail about the company and took a smart move. The thorough reading came to rescue as I understood their strategy of how they captured urban cities across the nation.

Winning is the way.......Never give up....!!!!!
I managed the whole case pragmatically by feeding every possible data about Indore and what are the key areas we can focus on. I also faced stress when they told me that you seem to be a diplomatic person and we need a straight forward personality for the job.

My presence of mind benefitted me and I candidly told them that their views might be true but I don’t lie. Diplomacy is necessary at times and I become diplomatic in certain situations but it doesn’t mean I lie to a customer and lure him/her.

Key points for an interview:

You must have self-confidence which will help you in overcoming peer pressure and self-doubts.

Second thing is presence of mind. No matter how many questions you read and prepare, there would be a question in the lot which can only be answered by a good presence of mind.

Focus on your strengths more than your weaknesses. For weakness, you must have an answer which should state that you are working on it. Show zeal towards the job, stay positive and don’t try to fake a company.

Relate your strengths with the profile and include only those strengths in the resume which can be justified. For example: there is a bank visiting for the recruitment, you can mention the strength “honesty” as it is a key factor in banking industry.

“Have positive thoughts in your mind during an interview…what you think internally shows up on your face..!!”

What should be kept in mind to prepare for a good company?

Whenever you get the news about company, devote time about understanding the in-depth business of the company. It doesn’t mean mugging up the “About Us” page; it means that you should be able to tell something which gives you an extra edge over others. The technical and aptitude aspect must be prepared in advance so as to avoid hustle-bustle in preparations. Prepare key questions very smartly and in detail. Try to give mock interviews or talk to yourself at a silent place and assess the answer accordingly.

For Example if you were asked to tell something about yourself. Rather than writing it down, assume yourself to be interviewer and give answers to yourself. The answer comes out naturally and doesn't seem to be a crammed one. Apart from that, you must have a sound understanding about profile offered by the company so that you can relate your answers according to their requirements.

“Remember, cracking a company is not an achievement, the kind of company you crack is an achievement.”

What you want to communicate to juniors?

Identify your Dream Company and target for the same. You should have an idea of the sector you would prefer to go into. Have an aptitude for learning. Don’t ever think about the returns and the consequences before putting in your money.  Don’t overrate yourself. If you do that, a stumbling block would demotivate you. Although you know your value but don’t try to rate it exaggeratedly. Also, when you enter into corporate world, there are certain responsibilities that you would be expected to carry on. At that time, the experience gained from the opportunities would help you. Broaden your perspective. Don’t get into messy business of others and develop a professional attitude.

I would end up with a poem which motivates me a lot:

When things go wrong, as they sometimes will, when the road you trudge seems all uphill….

Don’t give up though the place seems to slow, you may succeed with another blow.

When care is pressing you down a bit, rest if you must but don’t you quit….!!!!!!

Success is a failure turned inside down, the silver tint in the clouds of doubt.

And you can never tell how close you are; it might be near when it seems afar,

So stick to the fight when you are hardest hit…..it’s when things seem worst that you must not quit…..!!!

Internship helped me a lot....!!!!!!!!

She is bold, she is upfront, she is audacious at times yet a small looking Bhagyashri Gupta has a lot in her to get placed in ICICI Securities. Termed as a “Chotta-packet” she was eager to have a place in one of the most reputed banking brands of the country and when she did that, pleasantness prevailed on her face.

She waited long, is a good competitor with high spirits and although the success came late to her, it has happened according to her wish. In a recent conversation, I got along with her to talk something about her accomplishment……….. Here are the excerpts…….

1. As of now you are placed, what you feel was missing on previous occasions having said that you have all the essentials to get placed?

It was a long wait to get what I wanted. The situation was very confusing as I was not in a mood to compromise in terms of location and bond. So, when you sit in a company you must be clear about everything. My mistake was that I was tensed on previous companies as those were not according to my dream.

“When your mind is clear about the path, destinations will always be beautiful”

2. What the profile is all about at ICICI Securities?

The profile is of management trainee and is primarily marketing based. I would be advising and referring to various financial products to invest in to clients. It is a bit of challenging profile but once you establish yourself, perks can be sumptuous.

3. You did your internship in ICICI Securities. How that experience came handy in your selection?

Internship gave me a fair bit of idea about how their business works. It was a lot of hard work initially but once I got the knowledge of system, I became familiar with the environment. The experience helped me to a great extent as I was aware in advance as to what they can ask and how to tackle the interview. They checked me that whether I am aware about the working of ICICI Securities and once I did that, things became easier for me.

“Internship is like going to a car driving school before driving the car seriously.”

Bhagyashri Gupta- relishing her accomplishment.......!!!!!

4. Throw some light on key points for Group Discussion and Interview?

To crack Group Discussion, one must have good thought process and excellent communication skills to put forward the points. Equal chances must be given to other for speaking also which shows your listening capabilities.
For interview, you must be frank, extrovert and talkative. Interview is a mixture of natural and diplomatic points and a good balance between them ensures success.
Apart from that, on an individual level you must have the eagerness to grow, inclination towards meeting new set of people and a positive attitude.

5. Regarding technical knowledge, how you prepared and what are the key points to be focused on?

I had started my preparation in October and focused on every important subject of finance. I started with accounts, Financial Management, Insurance, Banking and then Indian Financial System. Although it is not necessary to go deep into it but basics form the fabric of your knowledge and I used Investopedia for improving my basics.
6. Where do you think JUNIORS should focus on at present?

Management course is all about mixture of excellent communication skills, sound technical knowledge and market awareness. Juniors must heavily focus on communication skills since if you are not able to speak properly, remaining things are redundant.

Be very specific about profile, have a positive attitude and help others’ in their preparation too.

After Deloitte debacle, i cried at home......!!!!!!

You are not lost till the hope of winning is not lost…………!!!!!!!!!

When Deloitteans were taking the holy bath, he took the pride in waiting for his turn, when CSCians were doing the same, he exhibited a never seen behavior, for his every nuance there lies logic and an unstoppable laugh, but when it comes to serious business, this man had the last laugh lately but in a stylish fashion.
Praveen Kumrawat- who would be building better lives in the times to comes- placed in Ujjivan Finance has waited for his turn and finally thrashed all the adversities and failures that he faced in preceding companies.
I hooked up with him recently where we discussed about his new accomplishment…..here are the excerpts-

1. Praveen, let’s get directly to the business. Talk something about your interview and how you managed the situation thereon?

My interview was sterling and diversified as well as according to me; it was segregated into three parts. Initially, they were appraising my interpersonal communication skills by asking HR based questions and some direct questions from my background.
Then they assessed my technical knowledge by asking questions based on ratios, balance sheet, basic financial terminologies. At last but more importantly, they checked my situational response by giving me a case study which was a sort of real life problem and I handled the cross questions very well.

“Interview is just about showing how much perfect you are for their organization”

2. You have faced two rejections yet accepted them with a bright smile. How was that phase and how you coped up with that?

Honestly speaking, I prepared well for both the companies but in Deloitte’s process there were some technical glitches which exposed my concentration level and I was not able to clear through that round. After reaching home, I was into tears as luck has played its part for me but in a negative manner. Then I decided to follow ‘let bygones- be bygones’ theory and started preparing for CSC the very next day.
But as luck would have it, I was fired in second round but was living in a hope of getting a handsome job which I finally got. For me, the journey was quite tough as I have my own set benchmarks and when I don’t perform to that, it hurts. But, the experience of rejection helped me to improve upon my skills and come good next time.

“Remember, 1% hope is stronger than 99% pessimism…….therefore believe that you can and wait patiently for your turn”

3. How you improved upon your communication skills and technical knowledge?

Let me bifurcate this answer into two parts so that others can get it easily. Initially, we were not passively connected with our seniors and hence we were not able to gain comprehensive knowledge about essential things for cracking placements. And hence, it was all upon me to remain conscious about shortcomings and improvise.

A never lost man.......who finally had the last laugh.....Praveen Kumrawat
For my communication, I had enough treasure of words but I felt spontaneous fluency was the part I need to work on and hence by the start of 3rd semester, I worked on my communication by joining classes where I worked hard. With that, I personally did a lot of mirror speaking, writing and self-talking to dwell deep into my abilities.
In technical, there were two parts into it-mainly aptitude and financial knowledge. I identified the level of aptitude by taking help from few seniors and worked upon that. I glued myself to basics and kept working hard. Also, I see a lot of engineers at IMS having phobia about finance, but seriously speaking even commerce students don’t have a bank of knowledge. My accounting part was a bit on a stronger side and therefore worked on other feathers of finance such as security markets, financial management etc.

“Good preparation leads to good execution of strategies……..”

4. How you prepared for the interviews and what are the key points to be kept in mind in an interview?

Well, I believe that no matter how much hard you work on your communication skills it is important to get a feel of interview before you face the real ones and hence I gave 3 mock interview and every interview came as an eye opener for me where I became aware about my faults and how much long I have to go to crack a tough interview. The best thing with mocks is that you face people who are actually working in industry and therefore every interview gives a whole new experience and learning to you. I worked meticulously with few classmates and we sat together to frame the best possible answers. Key points to be kept in mind while interview are:

1. They are not searching for a perfectionist, they are searching for suitability.
2. Try to connect the dots while answering questions.
3. Don’t take anything lightly as one mistake can become a lifetime mistake.

5.  A message to juniors?

With juniors I am very frank but I would seriously suggest that you must have heard a phrase “Don’t put all eggs into one basket” same as that is “ Don’t become egg on one basket” which means go and have participation in each activity whether formal or informal. Have strong communication with your seniors but no lip service, maintain a professional relationship. Start working on different aspects such as technical knowledge, communication as early as possible and don’t compare or compete with anyone.

“ Remember, where you end describe how you started………”

My parents are my Idols.......!!!!!!!

Sophistication lies in simplicity……….and this holds true for Surbhi Patodi- yet another girl achiever who got herself into CSC. She is ever smiling, well-behaved, and soft-spoken and never gets into arguments with others. She believes in living in harmony and peace and loves to spend time alone.

Hailing from a family where education is given due importance, she has always been a regular customer in the class; she considers her sister to be her best critic and idolizes her parents. Asking questions is also one of her hobbies and recommends attending classes regularly. For her CSC is an opportunity of improving her fortress of skills which will eventually make her a better professional……….

I caught up with her in an interesting interaction…….here are the excerpts……..

How much this job was a need for you and how do you see CSC as an opportunity?

Job, rather than my need, has become a tool for me in improving my confidence to a better level. It was very low at some point of time in my life. This is a moment which has given my parents immense pleasure and a reason to proud for.

CSC as an opportunity is good because location is Indore and being a Multinational Firm it will expose me to corporate environment and harness my skills. With that, it will cultivate professionalism in me and will enhance my communication skills. I have very broader view in terms of CSC as an opportunity.

You are a soft spoken girl who behaves well with everybody. How this quality breed up as being soft helps a lot in the interview?

This quality at large helped me a lot during my interview as if I don’t know the answer or a bit uncertain about any unexpected question, I skipped the question by politely replying and saying sorry for not knowing answer or giving nearby answer with a gentle smile which stabilized my temperament during an interview.

But you cannot politely say sorry every time as giving it a try is much better than skipping it, but yes jobs where communication is their primary concern, it helps being soft and polite to others.

Your happiness lie in a happy environment around you……….and hence always believe in being humble to others……..!!!!!!!!!

Ever smiling, laughs her heart out, diminutive but powerful.......Surbhi Patodi

You must have been feeling nervous about the interview. Share few moments of that phase?

I have gone through many interviews before during my graduation days and one thing I experimented here is to not to think about what I really don’t know and should focus on what I know. At the time of entering into the interview room, nothing was going into my mind; I was very relaxed and was prepared for the questions to come. It helped me in giving natural and genuine replies rather than getting overloaded with framed answers and getting stuck in between.

While I was waiting for my turn in the corridor, Kapil Sir and my friends shared some jokes which made me feel relaxed and made me light-hearted and fortunately, my interview went quite well.

The race is between you and your mind………let’s see who wins……!!!!!!!

How you prepared for this company and what worked in your favor?

I prepared through notes given by Paranjape Sir and Chabariya sir, understood the basics with the help of Kapil Sir’s special classes on Insurance and kept in mind the guidance of Mukta Chimnani Mam.

My communication skills and my habit of attending lectures daily with full participation helped me to remember concepts with real time examples which eventually worked in my favor.

Everybody is different, difference is who makes a difference…….!!!!!!!

Talk a bit about LIFE@IMS and one unforgettable moment?

LIFE@IMS is something which I had never thought off as it made me self-confident, allowed me to make a whole new set of lifetime friends. The ambiance here is very healthy and lively which encouraged me to come to college on a regular basis. The teachers’ guided me to the best of their abilities.

One unforgettable moment for me would be the holy bath that I had after getting placed and the flood of greetings from every corner of my life………

First job remains forever in your memories and the same happened with me…….!!!!!!!

An advice and tip to juniors?

I would recommend juniors to attend classes regularly because my personal experience says that minute things discussed in the class helps a lot in cracking even a small but tricky question.  Being regular will eliminate your efforts in terms of last minute studies.

One tip is- Develop a habit of asking as many questions as you can in the class……. People who succeed are people who are investigative…..!!!!!!!!

My HONESTY worked in my favor.....!!!!!!!

A girl in specs, unhopeful of making it into CSC cried against all odds when she heard her name in the list. Pinky Kriplani- newly placed in CSC- enjoys an inner childishness into her, always likes to be with her close ones and believes LIFE@IMS has made her a better person.

She firmly pitches for honesty and dedication and is very serious about her studies. She is a throughout bright student who never topped the charts yet maintained a good consistency in her academics…………She belongs to a simple family and consider herself blessed to secure a place in CSC………

She gave her valuable time for an interview……..here are the excerpts………..

You were a good academician throughout your whole life. How did you manage that consistency?
I always study hard during exam time as I have always been a regular student but the one who don’t have her notes completed. I make proper time table and don’t go to sleep unless I am totally exhausted and I finish my course. No matter what the subject is, whether I like it or not, I put all my efforts with supreme seriousness.

For me, my satisfaction is important, not the marks…….!!!!!!!

How much this job was a need for you and how much you were passionate about getting into CSC?

Honestly speaking, I entered into IMS to get a PG degree. Have a place in any company was never my target. But my batchmates/ friends inspired me and pushed me to do this. Every now and then, they talked about placements, companies, job locations, hefty packages which motivated me.

After that I decided to prepare for placements and made CSC my target as it was the one which is an MNC and the job location is conducive for me too. Initially, my family was not happy when I told them about my decision for a job, but when I was placed they were happier than me.

How you prepared for this company. Please take us through that?

The two day gap proved helpful as I put all my efforts to prepare myself for the company and made myself a fit candidate for the profile. I lost my sleep for one day so that I can cover maximum topics, gathered study material.

But to be honest, all that study hadn’t helped me very much as very few technical questions were asked.

Take us through your interview in detail and share some tough moments of the same?

Technical interview was very nice and relaxing as rather than asking technical questions they gave me some situations and judged me on that basis as how I would be dealing with them. They asked me what I would do if my client is unhappy with me, what if I would be given repetitive work, what if I would if I have to work late night. I enjoyed that conversation as they also asked me about my interests and hobbies etc.

HR interview was a tad difficult as initially they asked some very basic questions but later on grilled me on one of my hobbies which says watching TV. They asked me about what was going on in Iraq and about ISIS. It came as out of the blue for me as I was not at all aware about it and told the interviewer candidly about that.  I didn’t lost my confidence and although I believe and admit that some of the answers given by me were kiddish, I think you must be honest and true to the person sitting in front of you.

How much you were hopeful of a call and what you think worked in your favor?

My HR interview was not good as interviewer grilled me on certain questions and I was not sure about the call. I was hopeful but was undecided about my selection and the waiting period was full of anxiousness for me, but when I heard my name, I was into tears as I achieved my target.

My honesty worked in my favor as I was very honest in giving answers and never lost my confidence and temper. With that, blessings of my nearer and dearer ones made things easy for me.

Share something about your LIFE@IMS and an advice note to juniors?

LIFE@IMS had been awesome; I made some very good people here and made friends for life who backed me everywhere.  It has made me a better person and gave me lifetime moments to cherish.

For juniors, just set targets and work hard to achieve them. Always be yourself and try to learn from every experience of your college life.

I learned a lot from my Failures......!!!!!!!!!

Priyanka Saxena, who hails from Jabalpur is a focused folk who prioritize her work and believes in effective time management……… She believes CSC has a good career prospects and thinks LIFE@IMS gave her whole bunch of good friends and made her independent……. She is friendly, outspoken and is emotional about her family……. In her recent interview, I talked to her about her recent accomplishment…….Here are the excerpts………

Tell us a bit about your background and what this job means to you?

I belong to Jabalpur, born and brought up in a humble family. My father works as a supervisor in a semi-government firm. This was my first company in which I appeared and this job means a lot to me as I want to support my family as my brother is suffering from blood cancer. So this job came at a very crucial time for me.

What are the challenges you faced and how you prepared, overcoming those challenges?

Firstly, it became very frustrating for me when I wasn’t eligible for companies like Deloitte, S&P and I was very much concerned about the job as a lot was going around me and here I was, not even eligible for a job. Yet, I kept preparing and got to know a day before that CSC is coming for campus recruitment. I don’t have any laptop or any internet connectivity and to prepare myself I took the help of IT Center’s internet facility which proved a blessing for me. My friend Shambhavi gave a book to me and I prepared hard for every bit of the campus selection process. Few mock interviews that I did previously came as a rescue for me and helped me a lot.

Resources are never a barrier, barriers are your own efforts……….!!!!!!!

How much communication skills play a role in selection process and what you did to improve that?

Communication skills play a huge role in selection or rejection as one need to have strong communication skills to be a manager. I read an English newspaper daily and habitually, wrote on a particular topic daily which benefitted me a lot.

Communication skills are the backbone of your existence………..!!!!!!!

How do you look at your failures and what have you learned from them?

I looked failures as a learning period for me which kept motivating me to work more hard and according to me the sorrow which failures give is compensated by happiness success gives to you. This period has taught me to always bend my back to do well and not get distracted by failures.

Nothing can run away from you……if you deserve it….it will come catching to you…..!!!!!!

A lot of doubts come to your mind while appearing for an interview due to high stress level and competition. How to manage those mood swings?

The most important stress that comes to your mind is when you think a lot about your competitors because you can see them everywhere, but, once you start believing in your strengths and concentrate on that, you can remain relieved throughout the process.

Last but not the least, talk about your LIFE@IMS and what are the changes it has brought into you?

LIFE@IMS changed me completely, it gave me independence, groomed myself, gave a lot of learnings, gave a whole lot of good friends and in the end, a good career opportunity.

Destination is always better if you have pursued the journey effectively……!!!!!!!!
